Our program uses a play-based, child-centered approach to early childhood education. Teachers plan weekly thematic lessons based on the interests and needs of the children and adapt accordingly.
Why Play?
Play allows children to use their creativity while developing their imagination, dexterity, and physical, cognitive, and emotional strength.Play is important for healthy brain development. It is through play that children at a very early age engage and interact with the world around them.
During playtimes, the teachers and classroom staff support and encourage play through:
- Interactions
- Open-ended questions
- Problem-solving
- Teachable moments
