St. Odilia School offers a licensed school-aged child care, for current K-8th grade students, called Knight Watch. We are pleased to offer this option to families who need extended hours of care for their children.
Knight Watch provides a safe and fun before and after-school experience for students. They are given opportunities to socialize, play, create, exercise, and learn.

Program Hours (During the School Year)
7:00 am - 9:05 am (breakfast at 8:40 am)
3:50 pm - 5:30 pm (snack provided)2024-2025 School Year Knight Watch Rates
$13 Per Session
There is a $150.00 non-refundable family registration fee for Knight Watch in the 2024-2025 school year.
All Knight Watch fees are billed through TADS.

Knight Watch maintains a 1:15 staff ratio with trained and experienced employees. Staff members love to offer creative and fun arts & crafts activities for the children and teach them to play board and card games. Books, games, building toys, dramatic play areas, and many more exciting options are available for students to explore.
Families love the flexible scheduling options for Knight Watch, allowing them to pick and choose which days they need care on a week-to-week basis. Scheduling changes need to be emailed to [email protected] at least 1 week in advance. The flexibility to drop off/pick up anytime during program hours is extremely beneficial for parents.

You will be billed for the days you have registered for unless a 48 hour notice is given via email to [email protected] or if your child is excused from school due to illness. This policy does not apply to the Summer Knight Watch program.

Knight Watch uses TADS for billing.
You will be billed on the first of each month (for the previous month), with payment due on the 15th of each month.
